To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ploid AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ploid AI and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
